I ended up playing Dragon Age: Origins today and while I’m still figuring out all the details, especially the tactics, my experience has been really positive. Visually the game looks amazing and the storytelling is impressive. My character is a dwarf, an outsider among his people, trying to do what’s right for his sister and escape their harsh circumstances. Now I’m stepping into the human world, facing a tough enemy. I’m not sure about the challenges ahead, but I’m fully immersed in the game and enjoying every moment. While I’m still learning how to manage the party dynamics and tactics, I’m trying to grasp more of the strategic aspects. It feels overwhelming with so many options, making it hard to decide what to do next. I’m curious if anyone knows a good guide that covers all the tactical choices—something I could print out for reference. Overall, it’s been an interesting start even though I didn’t expect to enjoy it at first. What do you think about the game? Do you like it or not?
I haven't tried it yet. It's still saved in my Origin collection. Some folks are likening it to Skyrim and claiming it's superior, which makes me think about giving it a go.
It's a solid game, praised highly for its quality. I completed the main story but didn't explore the DLC options. I bypassed the second installment since it reused many assets, yet I'm excited about the third one.
Dragon Age stands out among my favorite game series. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. When it comes to decisions, I prefer to rely on my instincts rather than following a guide.
I chose Hate It because there was no better alternative. I believe it's a well-crafted game despite its flaws, and I've received positive feedback from people I respect. However, I simply couldn't connect with it. The movement, character designs, and combat all clashed with my expectations. I wish there had been an option to say it wasn't for me.
