Hi there, I'm just starting out with overclocking and have a 3770k processor on an ASUS P8Z77-V LK motherboard. I slightly increased it to 4.0 GHz with a full load test using Prime95. The peak temperatures reached were 71, 73, 76, and 73 degrees, and after an hour it was still within normal range. The fans are running at default speed, but I'm not sure how much that impacts things. Over the past 4 hours and 30 minutes, the max peaks stayed around 71 to 79, which seems acceptable. The core 3 and four temperatures were only slightly higher than the others.

Everything seems to be looking good so far, we can try going higher. 😉
