Hi everyone, I've been searching online for answers but haven't found a solution that helps. My quad-cast has problems starting games and streaming on Discord. When playing CS2 or Dota 2, I get a loud pop in my ear. After a short pause, the sound returns but is much louder and reversed—my right audio comes out from my left ear and vice versa. I'm using earbuds connected to my quad-cast, and the issue happens no matter which output I use. The second problem is with Discord streaming: every time I start streaming, a loud pop occurs and I can't speak or hear anything clearly. This keeps happening every few seconds, making it hard to use. I've tried changing USB ports, updating software, switching to Windows 11, even using POP OS, but nothing seems to fix it. I'm really struggling and would appreciate any advice. Thank you for your help.

someone discovering this thread might find this the answer I've been searching for. I had to upgrade my motherboard's BIOS to fix the problem. The AMD boards required a update that improved USB compatibility so they would work well with USB devices.
