Hi everyone, I've been searching online for a fix but haven't found a solution that helps. My quad-cast s has problems starting games and streaming on Discord. When playing CS2 or Dota 2, I get a loud pop in my ear. After a short pause, the sound returns but is much louder and reversed—my right audio comes out from my left ear, and vice versa. I'm using earbuds connected to the quad-cast, but the issue happens no matter what device I use. I've tried changing USB ports, updating software, switching to Windows 11, and even tried POP OS, but nothing seems to work. Thanks for your help!

someone discovering this thread might use the fix I discovered. I had to upgrade my motherboard BIOS to address the problem. AMD chips required an update that improved USB compatibility for proper operation with USB devices.
