I've been using the HyperX Pulsfire Dart Wireless Mouse for some time and everything functioned correctly until now. It seems NGENUITY no longer recognizes the HyperX Pulsfire Dart Wireless Mouse. I'm hoping you can assist me with this issue.

Does the mouse respond identically across different systems? If not, the mouse may require a replacement or RMA. Should it function properly on the donor system without problems, check if your platform needs a chipset driver reinstall. If the issue lies with the app not detecting the mouse, remove and reinstall it after rebooting, preferably with administrative privileges.
