According to CL 15, 3000Mhz performance is also acceptable. It might be due to your region, as availability varies by location. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Yes, that's quite low, 3200 cl15 or 3600 cl16 tend to be more common

Hello. I’m ready to wrap up these questions now. Between the two left contestants, one offers 3200mhz with Cl16 and the other 3000mhz with Cl15. Which would you prefer? Also, I didn’t mention if they’ll run automatically once connected, even though my motherboard and CPU support up to 2933 MHz without overclocking.
