I’ve tried setting Discord attenuation to zero and adjusting the Windows communication settings to “do nothing,” but the issue persists. This behavior didn't occur with my previous Sony headphones.
Second, the headset occasionally produces a distorted audio effect – often described as "earrape" – which happens sporadically. This has occurred roughly five times since I started using it, and again, this wasn’t an issue with my older Sony headphones.
