Hey everyone, just got a 16GB HyperX stick from eBay for my Ryzen project. The listing said it was used but tested, but it won’t even boot. I tried it on two motherboards that work fine with a Ryzen 5 1600. Since I paid with PayPal, maybe I should follow that route for buyer protection. I’m still talking to the seller.

Yes, there are two slots on the board. Have you checked the alternative one?
