I bought this thinking it offers the same features as the Evo but with some interesting effects. The mounting on LGA 1155 means the fan either points forward or backward, which makes it blow mostly at the rear of the case. Most people chose the rear position so it faces the rear fan. However, it's hard to see the LED from the side. Anyone have ideas about aligning the fan with the front of the case?

Unless your system has an unusual arrangement, the CPU fan will typically spin toward the rear of the case, away from the exhaust. Any different setup is likely to increase your CPU temperatures considerably.
