Not familiar with this before, especially after more than a year. Odd actions even after restarting. No changes I notice, nothing updated. Maybe UncleWeeb can help?

Resolved it; Core Isolation and W11 are the relevant fixes for 10th gen and older Intel CPUs. It looks like Throttlestop continues to show correct frequency readings. https://www.hwinfo.com/forum/threads/cor...s-11.7537/
