Huananzhi x99 F8D plus
No one has mentioned testing Huananzhi x99 F8D with a motherboard yet. It supports PCIe bifurcation, especially for x16 to x4/x4/x4/x4 and x16 to x8/x8 using C Payne bifurcation cards. It seems to offer great value at around $600 for the board, which includes two Xeon E5-2696v4 processors and four 32GB DDR4 ECC modules.
Certainly! Here are several alternative ways to phrase your request:
- Can you clarify this for me? The official Huananzhi customer service has different responses—some mention a split in support, while others state they do not support.
- I need more details about what you're asking. There are varying explanations from the team, such as one saying it's a support division and another indicating no support available.
- Please let me know if you want a summary of the different perspectives on this matter.
- It seems there are conflicting messages from customer service regarding this issue.
- I’m trying to understand why there are multiple answers about this situation.
Remember the board OP might refer to something that isn't an actual X99 chipset.
Yes, it's a chance every buyer faces with unfamiliar Chinese boards.
The X99-F8D allows PCIe bifurcation since the BIOS settings permit it. The PLUS model is essentially the same board but includes extra PCIe ports along with some additional features. I purchased the X99-F8D Plus from the HUANANZHI shop and expect delivery within roughly two weeks; I’ll update you on the progress. Before that, I used the standard F8D from HUANANZHI, and it functioned perfectly. I’m not familiar with other Chinese X99 models yet.
The F8D works with DDR4, which is why it has an "F" representing "Four". The T8D model, on the other hand, only supports DDR3. Let me know if you need more clarity.
