Thank you for the response. Since I'm based in New Zealand, shipping from eBay often costs more than the item itself. I already have an ATX power supply and adapter cables, but I want to verify the PSU voltages on the pins before turning it on. It seems there are no genuine power supplies available here, which is why I've taken this route. If anyone has a power supply and can measure the voltages or provide documentation, that would be really helpful.

You can do it yourself, with the aid of a multimeter. Here's one example;
