Are you referring to a wireless keyboard? These usually can't be used to access BIOS or boot menus. If it's wired, the only option is to switch to another keyboard.

You might also experiment with various ports. I've noticed on some devices USB 2 doesn't function properly, while 3 works fine or vice versa. Front ports seem to work differently than rear ones.
