Hello, a few months ago my sister was using Minecraft on my mom's laptop overnight. The following morning she tried to power it up and there was no response—no indicator of charging, nothing moving. I've tried all sorts of fixes from HP support pages and online communities. I purchased it around 2018 at BestBuy. I've replaced several components without success: battery, RAM, charger, and the charger port. The laptop still receives power through its contacts.
