I bought a used Sapphire 5500 XT and attempted to fit it into my HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0023w, but it won’t connect. The monitor appears to detect a connection when the PC starts, then shows a black screen and shuts off after a short time. The power supply is rated for 450W, which matches the minimum requirements for this model. Both my monitor and cable are in good condition since I’ve used them regularly. Previously, with a GTX 1650 Super, everything worked smoothly—I even tried DDU in safe mode before replacing the GPU. Any suggestions to get this working so I don’t end up with another unused GPU? (This is my second attempt, but the first one was completely unusable.) Also, the system performed well with a 6700 XT before that upgrade.
