It previously had a 3060 chipset, paired with a 500W power supply unit. I discovered the motherboard doesn't support the built-in graphics.

You might want to try reinserting the RAM or running the system without any memory and check for beeps or error lights—see if it matches what you get with everything installed. If it does, the issue lies with the motherboard or CPU.

Both the GPU and monitors function properly, even after testing on another PC. I've faced similar issues with other builds where I had to rely on integrated graphics until I could install the drivers, but this one doesn't support that workaround.
