Your temperatures are quite high. The Omen X 2S reaches 90°C quickly when under load, and it’s best not to push it too far because it tends to overheat easily.

Checked the Lock option on the mentioned devices. ThrottleStop indicates PL1 or PL2 power limits during this issue and shows 35W. HWiNFO confirms the CPU operates at TDP Level 1.
