Hey, I saw your HP envy ba1535tu is not working. You tried swapping the thermal paste, cleaning the heatsink, and checking the charging cable, but it still won’t turn on. After holding the power button for ten seconds, a single caps lock blink appeared, indicating the CPU isn’t functional. Could someone help you troubleshoot or fix this issue?

What kind of thermal paste was applied? How much pressure were you applying to the heatsink? Did you ensure all components were securely reinserted?

You connected the CPU fan cable correctly? You might want to reset the CMOS and reattach each cable, making sure the thermal paste is applied properly.

CM Cryofuze Nano 2g, likely around 95% efficient. Just remove the heatsink and reattach it.

Also no idea about the static electricity issue. I left the battery cable connected to the motherboard without removing it, and most people at my store do the same without any problems.
