The main reason I'm hesitant is the Ubisoft reputation. Despite others enjoying the game, I'm not sure it's worth the concern. What do you think?

No prior exposure to it, according to those I've spoken with, it feels like Far Cry 3 but in another context. Nothing remarkable, nothing problematic... just a neutral response.

It would be wise to hold off for a few weeks until updates are available, and for manufacturers to finalize drivers before making a purchase.

They've dropped a driver for Far Cry 4, though I think you meant another game. With your internet speed of about 1 MB/s, it'll take roughly eight hours to finish downloading.

The gameplay is solid. Unfortunately, it's developed by Ubisoft... It seems this title requires many updates to address minor issues.

A small adjustment won’t make much of a difference. Over the next about four weeks, we’ll see additional changes from drivers and another couple of patches.

Up until now, people have praised the game's features, while most content focuses on Far Cry 3. Check out some gameplay and early impressions videos. Here’s a first impressions clip from a PC player: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUakh9TNVaI I don’t have any connection to Mr. Debois; I’m reviewing his video right now, and the game seems quite promising. He also has three more Far Cry 4 videos, each around 20-30 minutes long. I’m eager to see how TB reacts to it.

Yes, some people experience blurry or out-of-focus shots during cutscenes or when tagging objects with the camera.
