Core i7 3770 LGA 1155 3.4Ghz
Cosair Liquid CPU Cooler
16GB DDR3 RAM Cosair (Heat Spreader XMP)
Nvidia 2GB GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked (SLI)
1000 Watt PSU
I wonder if I should use the motherboards BIOS or need to try some extra methods to achieve overclocking?

The 3770 non K CPU isn't overclockable. You might attempt to adjust the BIOS settings for a minor improvement, but that's the limit.
