I would simply reorganize the drives. You can’t change the hard drive using Windows from the operating system itself. It’s better to put Windows on the SSD first, then format the hard drive with Windows afterward, which lets you manage it from Windows.

Connect all storage devices as desired and begin booting from your Windows installation media, whether it's a DVD or USB—adjust the boot settings through the BIOS. During the installation process, you'll see an option to format the drives; formatting will erase all data if everything is present. After formatting, install on your SD card and proceed.
