Perform some CPU benchmarks and then simply use the PC. Even if you pass benchmarks/stress tests, instability might still appear in regular use.

Find the optimal solution for this task. It's not enough to only check CPU and GPU; you should also evaluate RAM and other components.

I like to perform initial stability checks once the system starts up in WinPE to prevent any issues from damaging it. Various utilities operate within WinPE, such as AIDA64...

Cinebench, 3DMark, PCMark and MemTest are useful tools, but ultimately just use the pc for whatever tasks put it under pressure. I usually don’t see much value in stress tests once you have a basic idea of stability.

I recommend mixing Cinebench 23 and 3DMark, along with some demanding applications like Handbrake. Stress tests such as Prime95 aren't really necessary unless they aid your sleep.
