I've checked the help and support sections, but I'm having trouble finding a way to request something. I want to get rid of games I've never played and also a costly 60-dollar title that seems underdeveloped. How can I do this?

Consider submitting a Steam Support Ticket. I haven’t done it before, so I’m unsure about the process.

It seems you're expressing frustration about the situation. Please review the "abuse" guidelines before proceeding.

It's not bad if I spent 30 minutes on a game and didn't play it afterward. It's also okay if I don't think a game is worth $60 and I don't want to spend time on it.

How long ago did you buy these titles you spent thirty minutes looking at? What price do you charge for the sixty-dollar ones you're not interested in? If it's more than two weeks or months, that's considered misuse. You shouldn't be allowed to return them just because later you regret the purchase.

Would you like to find out if anyone has already asked for a refund?

Yes, I recall the "2 weeks" guideline well.

Open Steam client and tap "Help," then choose "Steam support." You'll see a menu with "A purchase." Review your recent buys from the past six months, pick the relevant one, and decide whether it wasn't what you expected or was purchased by accident. If you're unsure about the timing, you can skip the refund request unless you meet the criteria. The process doesn’t show exact durations, but this option is available for your reference.

Just finished the Witcher 3 for you. It's a decent game but not that expensive. I played it quickly and easily got my money back.
