How to under volt my laptop?

I use my gaming console at home, but when I need to do everyday tasks I switch to my laptop. I've faced some problems with thermal management lately. I tried a cooling pad, but it's too big and doesn't work well for me since I value portability. I learned about overclocking from YouTube but ran into issues. My processor is an i5-7200U. Someone on YouTube using the same machine shared a screenshot—could you help me resolve this?

Voltage stays fixed on many laptops like this. Avoid using a cooling pad—it doesn’t help. You might consider limiting CPU usage in Windows Power Management, though I’m not sure what else is possible.

Throttlestop is recommended since Intel occasionally restricts XTU features.
