Swapped PSU to 1stplayer NGDP but the issue remains unchanged. My GPU might be the cause—anyone have ideas?

Are there diagnostic lights on the motherboard? Do they remain active after powering up the system? Additionally, if you have another computer, consider exchanging the GPU to determine if the issue is isolated to that unit.
