That's not the screw. This resembles the M.2 stand-off. Unless... you adjusted the measurement from the small Philip's screw. The correct version should be: [Screw] [SSD] [Stand-off] [Motherboard]

If it's a screw, use a drill with a smaller diameter or less and re-drill the hole, continuing until all parts of the screw are removed.
