Shut it down using the elevated CMD command slmgr -upk or activate via phone when you place your new board at the provided link. This method may not apply with OEM activation, so consider a fresh installation after switching motherboards.

Occasionally due to factors we can't fully grasp, using an OEM Windows version on another hardware model works perfectly. They’ve stopped working after switching MBs, but continue functioning normally, making it a viable option if you decide to reinstall.

Changing mobile carriers within the same brand, type, or generation typically succeeds, but exchanging between different brands isn't feasible (or I've never tried it)
