How to spin the spinning wheel on a Cisco phone using the web menu?
Hi, when I try to log into one of my Cisco CP-7821 K9 phones with a 3PCC, only thing is a spinning wheel. It's not the newer model. Here is a screenshot of the WebGUI. The problem started back in 2020, but now I can skip it by using another browser. No matter what I do, no browser loads the configuration page. Even if I wait forever, it won't load. When I add /admin/advanced to the end of the URL, I see the login page, but the old login doesn't work anymore. Here is a screenshot of the WebGUI.
