I would choose one of the Priority Mail flat-rate boxes similar to 14x6x2 inches. Place the board inside, wrap it with bubble wrap, then wrap the entire package in another box. Alternatively, you could use an ATX motherboard-sized box and add a lot of bubble wrap.
