Hey there! Imagine you have a toy car that runs really fast when you set it to the right speed. But sometimes, when you start it up, it stops and says something wrong. You tried fixing it by turning it off, but now you want to make sure it works perfectly.

To help your toy car run smoothly, you need to tell it exactly how fast the wheels should spin. For RAM (the memory in your computer), you need to tell it the right speed so it doesn’t get confused. You can do this by writing down the numbers on paper or using a special tool that lets you change those settings yourself.

Since you’re 5, think of it like this:
- Find the right number for how fast your RAM should spin.
- Write that down clearly.
- Make sure the settings match what your computer says it needs.

This way, when you turn on your computer, it will know exactly what to do and won’t get confused or stop.

If the RAM is triggering the blue screen, the issue likely lies with the CPU memory controller or the RAM's inability to support XMP timings and speeds. The initial step is to reduce the memory speed by one tier. Activate XMP, then navigate to overclocking settings and manually decrease the speed. For example, if your RAM is DDR4-3600, adjust it to a lower speed like 3466. This approach maintains XMP's advanced timing benefits while ensuring stability without severely impacting performance. If this doesn't resolve the problem, repeat the process until a stable speed is achieved. Next, consider adjusting the timings further if needed.

Sure, sharing details about the Ram and Mobo could be useful.

This helps us understand if the issue is normal and identify possible reasons. For instance, Ryzen processors often face challenges with faster memory rates, and motherboards featuring four slots tend to struggle more with very tight timing settings.

Tried the step down you mentioned and completed several shutdowns and power-ups. Everything appears to be functioning properly, dropping from 3200 to 3133. Likely resolved the problem. If it worked, thank you! For reference, here are the system details: RAM link, motherboard link, and CPU information.

Well... we would need to know how many sticks you are trying to run. Are they all from the same kit? Also what can happen is that XMP doesn't always load all the timings. In which case they have to be loaded manually. In Asus BIOS I have a page called SPD where I can see what timings are supposed to be in use, maybe MSI have something similar? I see you have two sticks that come from the same kit I take it? I suspect the above is your problem.

Yes, sorry—two sticks were needed, and I confirmed they fit properly. Regarding the issue you mentioned, could you clarify what you meant? I’m still trying to understand.
