CPU is constantly clocked at 3.8 ghz
I use a GA78LMTS2 motherboard and 8GB RAM
Bios reported the CPU is overclocked
What should I do?

Many BIOS versions will display that alert when the system stalls or fails to shut down correctly, regardless of whether it's overclocked. To confirm you're not overclocked, enter the BIOS and select optimized defaults.
