I purchased a laptop preloaded with Windows 10 today. It’s the standard model, so the demo content is already set up. They provided admin credentials and BIOS keys for it. To restore it to new condition, you’ll need to follow the installation steps from the original setup, reinstalling the OS properly and ensuring all drivers are updated.

It seems you're looking for a clean, original setup without any preconfigured admin details or driver issues. You'd prefer a fresh installation with settings left untouched and no changes made by default. Also, you want to avoid downloading ISO images or dealing with extra files.

Have you attempted navigating to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Advanced Options and then restarting the PC? From there, you should be able to initiate a factory reset, which will erase everything including the demo user accounts and files added by the store. I’m puzzled why the store didn’t handle this for you.

I performed a similar action recently. I accessed the recovery process and executed the reinstallation, deleting all associated files.
