You need to halt the process of increasing your GPU's speed but you're unsure about the steps.

Alternatively, avoid running the program or configuring it to launch at system startup. With Radeon Wattman, you can disable an AMD overclock by pressing the reset button (or adjusting the power switch or pulling the cord). This might seem extreme, but Windows 10 handles it well. Make sure all applications are closed and wait about 30 seconds for disk caches to clear before using the reset button to prevent losing any progress. After restarting, the overclock will be turned off automatically and won't activate again until you open Wattman and start it.

The overclocking program was straightforward, just resetting everything to its default settings.
