Hi! I’ve purchased five identical Mini PCs for the office. My routine involves several steps: first, a clean Windows 10 install, then updating with the latest Windows updates, followed by installing a specific Ethernet driver, adding Samutra PDF, setting up CRM software, and finally tweaking the PC settings. This process takes around an hour each time and is repeated five times. Would it be possible to streamline this workflow? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Copy as in Macrium Reflect to an external driver or straight onto the internal drive and complete it.

I’ll mention needing to sysprep prior to cloning to reset unique IDs, which might lead to problems if you store them all in AD or similar. Also, do you currently use a central management system? Most platforms have a deployment mechanism they support.

I also recommend going with Windows 11. You'll likely have to upgrade soon if you want a supported operating system. While you can pay for updates, that just delays the deadline. If you're already paying Microsoft for updates, it probably isn't worth asking such questions. Windows 11 works better with newer hardware and could resolve your network driver problems.
