Hello, I noticed coil whine in my GTX 1660 Ti gaming. I read that lowering the clock speed can help reduce the noise. How should I proceed with underclocking?

Coil whine tends to appear at very high frame rates, according to my observations. Adjusting a constant FPS output usually provides a better fix. Software such as MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision can modify frequency and power settings to some degree. You would lower the voltage and frequency until the issue disappears, which will impact the graphics card's performance.
