Use a utility like Ryzen Master for better control. Reduce the voltage by 0.05V and perform a stress test. If the system stops or crashes during testing, raise the voltage. Once it passes, repeat the process. When you reach a stable voltage (e.g., 1.25V instead of 1.2V), revert to that value. If further adjustments are needed, lower the voltage by smaller increments like 0.01V or even 0.001V and retest.
