It was simply added to the back of the case. I can remove it easily again. Or perhaps it's equivalent to doing it from the inside, where the edge stays outside the case. You're right about shields being installed first, then the motherboard is pushed or slid against them. This appears okay now, but it isn't as secure.
It seems the setup might be wrong since the design needs to accommodate it, right? I’ll need to secure it properly.
It's amazing what you're capable of. After visiting the integrated IO plates, I'm not keen on returning.
