I want to assemble this dream PC: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hDhCKZ. I wish water cooling wasn’t the first choice since it’s not available on pcpartspicker. But I’m unsure how to fit the pump into my Zalman Z11 Neo case. Are there any mounting holes? Please assist me.

I would still reach out to the online shop – they could offer more details. If not, you can visit the nearby hardware store and locate suitable brackets, an adhesive mount or pad, or zip ties. There isn't always a need for a 'watercooling' focused fix; local hardware and plumbing shops also provide excellent options when necessary.

However, the water coller I want is a 'DIY' type, and the pump is a separate component—I'm unsure where to attach it once I have the PC.

You have the freedom to position it wherever suits you. Also, the link points to a page containing several cooling kits, making it unclear which one you're referring to.

rubix_1011 :
You can place it where ever you wish, there isn't a defined place to put it.
Also, your link is a page with multiple cooling kits, so I am not sure which one it is.
It is that one DIY with double radiator.
But please also tell me with WHAT should I stick it into the case. I think using masking tape isn't a good idea.

The website looks quite weak. The pump page mentions mounting brackets, but it's unclear if they are included in the kit. It might be better to reach out to them directly.

the diy doesn't display any back plate bracket for the motherboard, unlike a complete system one.
