Hi there, I'm new here and not sure what to do on the modem page. For now, just fill in whatever fields are asked. Once your modem is connected, you'll need to set up your router properly so the PS5 works. Thanks for reaching out, I'm happy to help!

From the images you shared, it’s clear the issue isn’t port forwarding. You’re using a double NAT setup with two routers connected together. This can lead to strict NAT behavior on game consoles.

The router has just arrived today. I installed it, but I need to adjust my modem settings so it connects properly.

It should work out of the box. This ARIS device combines multiple functions—modem, router, four-port switch, and wireless access point.

Confirming the steps: if the setup on that ARRIS combo unit remains unchanged, disconnect the TP-Link device. Connect all components back to the ARRIS. It should function properly. Port Forwarding probably isn't necessary.

Avoid connecting routers in a series setup. The correct method is to link them to the access point. For using the second router for WiFi, switch it to AP mode. Having multiple routers creates problems and is not the solution you're seeking.
