I don’t understand why I started watching that Lego Island video, but I want to try playing it. The disc isn’t available, so I’m unsure how to access it or play older WinXP titles. I’m using Windows 8.1.

You might only need to set them up for compatibility mode, if you're fortunate.

Without the disc, reaching that distance becomes difficult. I still possess the disk at home, and I think it functioned properly with my Windows 7 setup (without enabling compatibility features). It’s unclear whether it’s allowed to download since it’s quite outdated.

Search for a download option online. Avoid sharing links since it's unclear if it violates the CoC. It should function properly.

I’ll try locating the discs and just play them that way. I’m open to discovering a ROM version too. I also regularly use a PS2 emulator. Let me check what the web has to say. Thanks!

Programs designed for older Windows versions often cause frustration. Using DOSBox offers a solution, though sound support remains limited.

I ran the old King's Quest game to test it before GOG simplified things, and it worked—though there were some minor issues.
