It's a PlayStation-exclusive title. The only option is via PS4 Remote Play, which needs a PS4 to access. Exclusives from Naughty Dog and Quantic Dream are why I own a PS4, and I believe having the console is definitely worthwhile.

Are you considering playsation as a service? It can work without a high-end PS4 controller; a budget option is fine. I’d just stick to the 7-day trial.

Consider checking PlayStation's official site for supported controllers.

Find a used PS3—it should be affordable now. This game truly deserves the whole system. I recommend it. Once you’ve finished playing, plus the Nathan Drake trilogy, consider selling the console.

It's possible, though I have other requirements where purchasing a console isn't ideal.

I'm not sure if PSnow provides smooth performance. You're playing action games here and expect quick response. PSnow just gives you emulated visuals, which might cause delays.

Search for a reliable PS4 emulator and then purchase an affordable controller.
