Typically on desktop computers, you'll find a BIOS setting to turn off specific cores. Laptops may offer fewer choices, probably due to design constraints.

in power plan settings? yea, no, There's Smokeless UMAF an I'll try that but ideally i'd like to be able to revert quickly
