Noooot is correct. SmallFFT is mainly for quick checks, ideal for 10-minute tests to find the highest possible temperature. The blend is better for checking stability—run it 4 to 8 hours. Or try Realbench, another solid stability option. It would be tough to beat real-world performance, which usually stays around 20°C lower than these numbers.

My view on the test comes from a solid perspective, since I focus on keeping my thermals in order. I always make sure the baby (thermals) stays in the corner.
