How to navigate Bitlocker without a key?
One of our recent Lenovo laptops received a standard update and requested the recovery key when restarted. We tried using the email linked to Microsoft, but it didn’t display our device. This hasn’t happened before, and we don’t have a recovery key. Should we reinstall Windows or look for an alternative solution?
