Hello, I've been mostly using a laptop for various reasons and am testing some applications that need both built-in speakers and external headphones from different sources. I tried EarTrumpet but it didn't work because it stuck to one audio device and couldn't split. I also tried AudioPick and AudioRouter, but they didn't function properly. Do you have any other suggestions I can try?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
is there any other thing i can try?
If you were clear as to why you need to 2 different audio streams out of 2 different audio output devices, that would help us two fold and perhaps even streamline the problem solving path. What comes to mind is setting the default audio output device for two different apps to the respective audio output devices.
Speaking of devices, you speak of working with a laptop, include the make, model and SKU to said laptop and the make and model of your audio equipment.

It's quite specific as a topic, but essentially the in-house budget for a single person is praised for delivering strong bass through external speakers while maintaining a calm, peaceful atmosphere inside headphones, allowing both high and low volume settings.

I'm truly sorry to be that person, but I only realized this tutorial is intended for Windows 11. It might differ from what you expected, so I should be aware of that.

People likely use two audio outputs together while playing music during games.

I wasn't a musician or an audiophile, but I thought mixers might be suitable for such tasks. I searched for "inexpensive audio mixers" and came across many options. The results are somewhat subjective, depending on what "inexpensive" means. Just a thought.

Have you tested those procedures on your Windows 10 version?

along the line stereomix was configured but never activated as an audio device, remaining in the "disconnected" state
