Find a CD that supports booting into DOS on a Pentium 3. Copying files from a 3.5" disk labeled 'create MS DOS startup disk' in Windows 7 should work.

You can also try running W98 and use the 'exit to DOS mode' feature, but it’s not designed for DOS, so... ensure you have a SoundBlaster/VGA compatible card.

Sure, just keep in mind that without a suitable GPU or sound card it’s tough (PC beeper is really bad). If you’re aiming to play games, that’s a big hurdle.
