It seems unclear if you're trying to conceal something. You can right-click, select properties, and choose hide. It will only appear when you enable the visibility of hidden folders and files.

If it matters a lot, I strongly suggest trying this. VeraCrypt also lets you create hidden containers that are not just encrypted but extremely hard for anyone to locate.
