Thanks to the magical multicore speed, I reach 4.7 ghz on the I7 8700k. That's exactly what I'm aiming for.
However, temperatures rise to 80 and the GPU gets a bit hotter...
Are there any adjustments I can make without running long stress tests?
EDIT: 80c is under load!

It's acceptable to operate under load. If lowering temperatures is necessary, examine your cooling system. Which method are you currently employing to manage the CPU temperature?

It's not bad under heavy use. If you want to lower the temperatures, check your cooling system. What method are you using to keep the CPU cool?

That's not terrible for being "under load."
If you need to reduce the temps, though, look at your cooling solution. What are you using to cool the cpu as it is?
hyper 212 evo
I think your temps are fine. Not really anything to worry about.

That's not bad considering it's running under load.

I believe your temperatures are acceptable. Nothing major to worry about.
GPU temperatures also rise slightly, typically around 75, though they can occasionally reach 80.

It's not a significant issue.
Do you have any case fans installed? Where is your tower positioned? How does airflow move in and out of the case?

Did you apply a preset setting to achieve 4.7, or did you adjust the voltage down to its lowest possible value?
