it's 34c before shutdown because of the thermal limit, and if AMD overclocking is at 34c it will be shut down.

what isn't clear is how to interpret amd's temperature warnings before they trigger if the temperature reaches 34c, since it seems the system already shows 34c before it shuts down. if it becomes even hotter, the shutdown occurs due to thermal limits.
