Hello
To set up a Windows installation ISO where the internal keyboard is disabled at startup (i8042prt off), you need to configure the BIOS or UEFI settings before booting. This ensures the keyboard remains off from the very beginning. For your Lenovo IdeaPad S145, adjust the relevant options in the BIOS/UEFI during setup.

So far what I've attempted? Probably achievable through Group Policy, though you'll need the appropriate admin privileges to implement it.

You just purchased an inexpensive USB keyboard, which is inevitable eventually.

And?!..... What was the problem?
If it doesn't continue because of a keyboard error message then obviously there is nothing you can do until you fix the error message.
You have to help us if you want help in return, we can't see what your system is doing you have to tell us.

Unplug the keyboard – do it physically.
Check out disassembly videos for your laptop type.
